COVID - 19 Procedures

We are still monitoring the development of COVID - 19, and practicing prevention techniques. Staff will need to monitor approved visitors for symptoms of COVID - 19. Approved visitors are as follows; MHMR service coordinators, HHSC representatives, and designated client family members. Upon arrival, staff should check the visitors temperature, ensure the visitor wears a face covering, and disinfecting their hands upon entering the facility. If you suspect you have been exposed, you are required to call off (3) hours minimum prior to your shift. You have (2) requirements to fulfill before returning to work. #1, You will need to provide (2) negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of each other administered by a reputable clinic. #2, You must be cleared of all restrictions to return to duty.
