We have begun using the app Group Me for company wide communication. This is so that admin can send out alerts to current Ngozi staff. Indicate below whether or not you have been added to the group messenger.

1. At Ngozi Place HCS, The Client is the most important person(s) in the company. Although they are more than a dollar sign, it is through providing services for THEM that we are paid as company and able to pay our staff.
2. At minimum staff should check clients who wear diapers and pull ups within (15 minutes of entering and exiting their shift.) Within (30) minutes of a client having a meal, And at MINIMUM every 2 hours. The best rule of thumb is check (1) time every hour using a glove to feel the inside of the diaper where urination usually occurs. It should be easy to identify if they have passed a bowl movement as well.
3. Clients should have their teeth brushed daily and be done during their shower time (easiest) at ISS after lunch, and before they leave their homes in the AM. They should also be bathed daily.
4. SDL's stands for Service Delivery Logs (Creates documentation that we provided BILLABLE ACTIVITY (a service deemed PAYABLE for in the MEDICAID system. SDL's should be completed per client, per shift, in which a staff works with them within the last 15 minutes of their shift.
5. Medically delegated staff is responsible for administering client medication during their shift. MAR's stands for Medical Administration Record which documents that you administered medication for a client.
6. Staff should match medications to MARs ANYTIME meds are given.
7. Evening transport begins at 2:30PM
8. Evening transport ends at 3:30PM
9. Morning transport ends at 8:30AM.
