Ngozi PLace HCS IS committed to improving how we deliver to meet the needs of the client we service!

For the following dates below, requests to be off will be denied. Staff who fail to attend these scheduled meetings will be out of compliance, and will receive unexcused absences on their employee file. (2) unexcused absences or more will lead to discipline including but not limited to termination.

Here are important dates for the month of January:

Admin Meetings: January 2nd, 16th, and 30th

Team Lead Meetings: January 8th, 15th, 22nd

Staff Interviews: (ALL STAFF are required to schedule and attend IN - PERSON an interview with Admin. This will provide staff the opportunity to learn more about the program, address any concerns, and finally dictate which trainings they will need to attend later in the month.) These interviews will be conducted at 5516 Brentwood Stair Road, Fort Worth, TX 76112.

Management Level: Sheena, Gwen, Charlotte, Nylesha (January 14th) Tuesday (10A - 1:30P)

Lead Level: (January 15th) Wednesday

Direct Care: (January 21st - 23rd) Tuesday - Thursday

2nd Annual Training: Staff’s training set will consist of necessities identified through past staff performance, and feedback provided during interviews. (Staff who works ISS and Group Homes needs to attend Saturday’s training as well.)

January 28th - Handbook Review, ANE, Infection Control, ADP

January 29th - Focused / Cu8ed, Behavioral Data Sheet, Fire Drills

January 30th - Nutrition, Hydration, G - Tubes, MARS, Med Administration, General Hygiene

February 1st - (ISS) Operations & scheduling, Calendar Creation, Hand over Hand, Importance of Grouping, and Committing to the Routine, CPR
